This time-lapse video lasts 11 seconds, with no music or voice-over. And still you’ll want to see it over and over again. The delicate structure of snowflakes unfolds before your eyes, like a flower blooming. Scientist Kenneth Libbrecht has studied how snowflakes are formed, and explains it in the research we include at the end of the post. However, sometimes it’s good to just admire the raw, hypnotic beauty of such Natural phenomena, as capture by the camera.
