This is the Peel P50, recognized as the Guinness World Records’ World’s Smallest Production Car. It hasn’t been built since 1966, but a new company called Peel Engineering has decided to produce it again. It weights between 59 and 110 kg (130 and 240 lbs) and reaches a top speed of 45 km/h (28 mph).
