In America, the debate over whether living things evolved over time or were created by God or another deity still rages. In Louisiana, state lawmakers have been trying to allow teachers to insert their own views (often Creationist) in science classes. They came up against Zach Kopplin, a teenage high school student, who has crusaded against this law and subsequent attempts to eliminate evolution from biology classes. Now a student at Rice University, Kopplin battles on.
